  • Face Reading

Face reading is a systematic, step by step study of the structure of the face and of each of its separate parts. Every part of the body is reflected in the face, so learning to understand this reflection can allow you to understand more about your unique personality; your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing; and can give you an opportunity to increase your self-awareness, as you see how you are utilizing all these potential characteristics.  Through a face reading you are able to see the overall energy flow and restriction through the different centers of the body, enabling you to find balance and healing as you address these imbalances. A photo will be taken of your face and you will receive a face split after your session. A face split shows your original photo in the center, both of your right sides of your face together on one side, and both of your left sides together on the other side. This allows you to see more clearly any imbalances and areas that may need attention in your mind or body.  You will need to have your hair off your face during the face reading. These are preferably done in person, however can be done on a zoom call as well.

  • Hand Reading

Our hands are an extension of our hearts and are an expression of our knowledge of life and the wisdom of our soul. A hand reading is NOT a palm reading or associated with fortune telling in any way; it is simply a reflection of what is occurring in the body and mind. Every part of your body-mind is expressed in your hands through gesture, shape, size, touch, texture, and warmth. In a hand reading, an overview of the structure and condition of the hands are noted and the fingers are examined one by one, offering information and deeper understanding about the body and mind, much like a face reading. A hand reading is done in an in-person session and will require your hands to be touched and examined closely.

  • Full Body Analysis

A full body analysis is a detailed and in-depth assessment of your body, mind, posture and body language. It brings understanding and awareness of the experiences in your life that have shaped you, the “issues in your tissues”, the energy flow throughout your body and places that energy may be stuck, and gives insight into your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing. Through deeper self-awareness and the insights offered in the final report, you will learn tools that will allow you to make the changes within bringing you to greater balance, healing, and wholeness. The full body analysis is best done in person, however can be done over zoom, knowing it will not be as thorough or complete. The session takes about 1 ½-2 hours and for appropriate analysis the client will need to wear a two-piece bathing suit or underclothes. This analysis begins with drawings and assessments of the overall energy centers of the body, right/left and front/back comparisons, and quality and quantity of muscle tone. There is then a complete assessment from head to toe. When completed, you will receive an in-depth 8-page written analysis and evaluation report complete with drawings and recommendations for improvement of health and wellbeing, as well as specific postural corrections.

  • Emotional Release Trigger Point Therapy

Emotional Trigger Point Therapy is a type of body work where the purpose is to release blocked energy, improve energy flow throughout the body, and eliminate discomfort caused by mental, emotional, or physical experiences of the past. Trigger points are locations throughout the body where energy is radiating out from a particular energy center in the body. As these points are activated, the cellular memory of emotions held trapped in that area of muscle and tissue are released, often releasing long held emotions as well. You will be required to breathe deeply throughout the session. For the duration of the therapy you will be on a massage table, covered with a sheet. You can wear a two-piece bathing suit, underclothes, or no clothes, according to your level of comfort.  At the completion of the body work, a 10 min massage will be offered. You may experience soreness, fatigue, or bruising after the treatment. Many clients find it helpful to drink extra water, practice deep breathing exercises, stretch and move the body gently, and/or take an Epsom salt bath to help lessen these effects. These sessions are typically around 1 ½-2 hours and are only offered in person. These sessions are often initially done with a full body analysis and then scheduled periodically as needed.
