I am Jessica Henshaw, owner of Joyful Balanced Health and creator of the Mindful Life Method. I am a certified yoga instructor, a level 3 psychosomatic practitioner, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, and a passion for helping others.
My mission is to help women who suffer from overwhelming stress and anxiety learn how to live a more joyful, balanced, and healthy life, through mindfulness, movement, and meditation.

Human connection and support is an important part of our well-being. Join our amazing group of women and enjoy the breathtaking views Southern Utah has to offer. All skill levels welcome!
